RD Summit 2022: check out the highlights of the event firsthand
The RD Summit 2022, the largest marketing and sales event in Latin America, started last Wednesday (26th) and continues until Friday, the 28th. But, our team, which is present at this meeting full of learning and experiences from the digital universe, brought together the best of this meeting and what is yet to come.

What is the RD Summit?
Calm!
I want to tell you what is being highlighted in these first days of the event. But first, if you don't already know, I'll tell you a little more about this connection meeting.
This time, everything has a different taste. Because, after a break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this is the in-person return of the event, which takes place in CentroSul, in Florianópolis.
In its eighth edition, RD Summit 2022 brings together professionals and experts in segments such as marketing, communication and sales to reveal the main market trends. All this, through lectures and workshops that show in a practical and effective way how to apply methods that really work.
Throughout the event, different themes are covered, separated by the following tracks:

- Sales;
- Innovation;
Customer Experience and Customer Success; - Personal development;
- Management and strategy;
- agencies;
- Diversity;
But does not stop there. Because, in addition to the lectures, RD Summit 2022 also has an area dedicated to networking and a business fair with several renowned exhibiting brands.
Among the speakers are well-known names from companies such as Magazine Luiza, McDonalds and even influencers who are a reference in digital strategies such as, for example, Bianca Andrade, who you probably know by the name of Boca Rosa.
RD Summit 2022: what happened on the 1st day of the event?
If we're talking about success, there's nothing better than starting the event with the launch of valuable products and strategies, right?
And, according to our team, which was once again present at the event, many ideas were presented on the first day.
Eric Santos, CEO of RD Station, spoke about the importance of having an aligned strategy between Marketing, Sales and Service.

Conversational methods on WhatsApp were also topics of some lectures. After all, currently, 99% of people use WhatsApp and 81% of them use the network to chat with brands.
Still on the first day, Rafael Kiso, CMO at Mlabs, spoke about how to engage and sell more on social media, showing how to structure a content strategy based on data and the customer journey.
To top it off, giving a personal development class, McDonald's VP of Marketing, João Branco, showed that the meaning of the work carried out by the largest hamburger chain in the world goes far beyond the Big Mac.
And on the 2nd day, what stood out?

The second day was marked by great communication powers and brought very interesting content. Like what André Siqueira, founder of the consultancy and training company that bears his name, presented. During his talk, he talked about marketing and business, revealing where we are and where we are going. And better than that, he suggested how we can prepare for this future that has already begun.
Those who like games and analyzing consumer behaviors loved the meeting with Luiz Gustavo Pacete, editor of MMA Latam and Forbes, who talked about concepts beyond platforms that mirror gaming culture, in addition to talking about the impact of technologies on new dynamics of entertainment.
And those who didn't see YouTube as an advantageous channel for companies had the chance to change their minds with the help of Anderson Gaveta, founding partner of Gaveta Filmes. In his workshop, he proved that advertising is also content and can be done in a much more attractive way.
I already talked about it at the beginning, but it's worth repeating. Also present at the RD Summit 2022 was Bianca Andrade, a successful businesswoman, who went to BBB to promote her makeup brand and tripled sales with the buzz marketing strategy created by her team and led by none other than herself. .
What's to come?
By now you can see that it is no surprise that the RD Summit 2022 is the biggest marketing and sales event in Latin America.
But it's not over yet!
The third and final day is full of news and even surprises.
