In addition to his art skills, Fernando Borsatto has a degree in administration, an MBA in International Operations Management and a Master's degree in Business Management, among other degrees, with which he built a solid foundation for his career in management. 

At Celta, a pioneering Brazilian company in the zeolite market, he can develop and apply his knowledge, managing a challenging business, but one that has shown exponential growth in the last 20 years. 

Here we will also have a conversation about the reality of the job market for many, where the magic of being a professional that we have in childhood ends up being lost as we gain experience. Furthermore, we will also learn about the challenge of being an actor in the business world and how this skill generates devices that help when used well in business management.
